Your journey begins with a 75-minute video or in-person consultation focused on pregnancy, postpartum, or nursing nutrition. During this time, we’ll talk through your lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and concerns so we can understand what your body truly needs in this season. From there, you’ll receive targeted nutrition strategies designed specifically for you—including practical, food-first approaches to help increase key nutrients that support maternal health.

When appropriate, we’ll also walk through how to build a supportive supplement routine to help fill common nutrient gaps during pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing. To make everything realistic for everyday life, you may also receive simple meal ideas, grocery guidance, and small habit shifts that make healthy choices easier for busy mothers. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps, helpful resources, and evidence-based recommendations you can confidently begin implementing right away.

Pregnancy Nutrition Plan $125

Pregnancy is an exciting and transformative time, but it can also bring many questions about how best to support your body and your growing baby. Proper nutrition during pregnancy is essential, yet it can often feel confusing with the amount of conflicting advice available.

During pregnancy, your baby relies entirely on the nutrients you consume. If your diet does not provide enough of certain nutrients, your body will draw from its own reserves to support your baby’s development. Over time, this depletion can contribute to fatigue, nutrient deficiencies, and other health concerns for mothers.

Through personalized pregnancy nutrition support, we focus on nourishing both you and your baby with the nutrients needed for healthy growth and development. Together, we will develop a practical and individualized nutrition plan that supports your body while addressing common pregnancy concerns.

With the guidance of a Certified Nutrition Consultant, nutrition can help reduce the likelihood or severity of many common pregnancy symptoms, including:

After your baby arrives, much of the attention naturally shifts toward caring for your newborn. While this is completely understandable, it is equally important that mothers receive the nourishment and support they need during this time of recovery and adjustment.

Pregnancy places significant nutritional demands on the body, and many mothers begin the postpartum period with depleted nutrient stores. Combined with sleep deprivation and the physical demands of caring for a newborn, this depletion can contribute to fatigue, anemia, mood changes, and slow recovery.

Postpartum nutrition focuses on replenishing your body with the nutrients needed to restore balance and support healing. A thoughtful and nourishing approach to food can help you regain energy, stabilize mood, and support your physical and emotional well-being as you transition into motherhood.

If you are breastfeeding, your nutritional needs remain elevated as your body continues to nourish your baby through breast milk. What you eat can directly influence the quality and nutrient composition of your milk, making maternal nutrition an important component of your baby’s ongoing growth and development.

Breastfeeding requires additional calories, vitamins, minerals, and hydration. Without adequate nourishment, mothers may experience ongoing fatigue, nutrient depletion, or difficulty maintaining their own health while supporting their baby’s needs.

Breastfeeding nutrition support focuses on helping you maintain a nutrient-dense diet that supports both your body and the nutritional quality of your breast milk.

Together, we will develop practical nutrition strategies that support: adequate calorie and nutrient intake during breastfeeding, sustained energy levels, nutrient-rich breast milk production, continued recovery after pregnancy, and balanced hydration + nourishment throughout the day.

Need more than one service? Save $40 with our Bundle Package. It includes two 60-minute in-person or virtual nutrition consultations designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing. Across both sessions, we’ll cover the most important nutrients for pregnancy, strategies for managing common pregnancy symptoms, and key precautions to be aware of along the way. We’ll also focus on nutritionally preparing your body for birth and setting a strong foundation for recovery.

In the second phase, we’ll shift toward postpartum healing and nourishment, including essential nutrients for the early weeks after delivery, ways to manage common postpartum challenges, and guidance for long-term nutrition while supporting your body during breastfeeding. You’ll walk away with clear, practical strategies to nourish both you and your baby through every stage.
